sleep coaching for infants
When my daughter was 6 months old she started
"waking up 5-8 times a night"
and would only go back to sleep if I got up and breast fed her back to sleep. She seemed to be
"fussy and extremely clingy"
all the time. I was not getting adequate rest so I was not able to be the mother and wife that I needed to be. I became desperate and I started researching everything that I could find on helping my baby sleep. I tried to implement a lot of the mechanisms that I had read about,
but I never felt truly comfortable or knew if what I was doing was actually working. Then I decided to give Kori a call and I’m so grateful that I did! She was able to talk to me and create a plan that was
"specific to my situation and needs."
She was there for me every step of the way. If I had questions or concerns she was able to answer them and we were able to make adjustments that was fitting to myself and my daughter. Now my daughter sleeps from 7 pm to 6 or 7am! She is a happy playful little lady and
"I’m a rested mommy."
I can even have my husband put my daughter to sleep now since she goes to sleep on her own! I’m so grateful that I made the choice to call Kori,
"it has been an absolute blessing in my family's life!"

Dependent on Motion Sleep
My 3 month old slept in the swing and the car ok, any other place else not so great. When even those tricks started to not work,
"I wanted to teach myself and my son correct habits to ensure good sleep."
Kori was able to develop a gentle plan for us. We started doing our sleep training the week of Christmas, while we were sick, and while we had company, and my baby improved tremendously in 4 days even with all that going on. Within 2 weeks my son was taking long naps and sleeping in his crib at night with only 2 wakings. In fact the hardest part of the whole process was my breasts getting used to not feeding every 2 hours all night. Kori even worked with a lactation consultant to ensure that I was as comfortable as possible for that too.
"The greatest part for me is having the confidence and the tools to handle any sleep issues that could arise in the future (teething, sleep regressions, sickness, traveling, etc.)."
Kori is very professional, very knowledgeable and I highly recommend her services.

Gently Eliminating Night Feeds
Kori is a lifesaver, and I say this with all seriousness. Before coming to her, I was at my breaking point. I was so miserable, and I really felt like I wasn’t the mom that I wanted to be.
"I was in zombie-mode all the time and didn’t have the energy to to give Gemma the attention that she needed."
So I contacted Kori. Sleep training was difficult, but SO worth it! At first, I was worried that Gemma would be hungry during the night, but Kori slowly worked with us, and in time, Gemma was going 10+ hours at night without wanting to feed. This brought me the comfort and reassurance I need to realize that Gemma was nursing for comfort, rather than hunger. And honestly, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be.
"I am so grateful for what I have learned, and the results have been so worth it!"
I honestly feel like Kori gave me my life back, and I really enjoy being a mom again!
"I feel like myself, and I am a much better mom to Gemma. "
Gemma is doing great as well, she was really struggling before. She was fussy all of the time, and she was struggling to stay awake during the day and to reach key milestones. Now, she is a completely different baby, she is spunky, silly, and happy! I am so grateful for Kori, and honestly don’t know what I would have done without her. If you are sitting on the fence about sleep training, just do it! Kori is wonderful to work with, you will love her, and she will help you meet your sleeping goals!
We love you Kori!

Love & Concern
As I write this, my kids are ASLEEP! I never thought I would be a mom to kids who actually sleep at night! I contacted Kori when my second baby was 9 months old and waking 4-6 times in the night and sometimes for an hour + at a time.
"I was stressed, exhausted, and with all my heart just wanted to do the right thing for my baby."
After the first consultation with Kori I immediately felt better. As soon we started, I saw right away that my baby was just as ready as I was to get some real sleep.
"He was exhausted too and I didn’t even know!"
Thankfully I had Kori to remind me that it takes work to learn a new skill, and falling asleep is certainly exactly that: a skill and not something that comes easily to all babies or families. But all along the way, I needed someone to tell me I was doing it right and that I was still a good mom. I’ve been getting full nights of rest lately and it has been worth every penny! Thank you Kori for helping me be a better, more confident and happy mom!

Fighting for Sleep Since Birth
Our baby boy was 7 months old when we started sleep coaching with Kori. He was what we like to call “our mid-life surprise.” There was a ten year gap from our last baby and we are older parents. The pregnancy was rough, I was super sick. He was a month early and came with a few medical issues necessitating a short stay in NICU (3 days). Although I already had four kids, I felt that I had forgotten everything and had no idea how to take care of a newborn and teach a baby how to sleep.
"I was exhausted and depleted and was just getting by."
I kept hoping that things would get better, but instead they grew steadily worse. The longest he ever slept was a 4 hour stretch and
"By 6 months he was actually regressing and getting up every two hours."
I was desperate and our family was really struggling.
Kori was amazing. During the initial consults she listened carefully to what was going on. She learned about our situation, identified our problems and had answers for every issue. The next day she emailed a 6 page sleep plan and clearly outlined goals. Imagine that, a plan. Goals. Wow. The first few days she offered constant support, we were a tough case needing a lot of remediation. I won’t lie, that first week was brutal, just so hard. We had so many incorrect patterns in place and so many things that needed change. She was always so kind and empathetic while also being very professional and very clear about what had to happen.
"She told me that within the week he would be sleeping 10 to 11 hours at night and I didn’t believe her. It was too good to be true. But it happened."
The difference in our lives is amazing; everything has changed and is improving. I am getting back my energy and strength, baby is healthier and happier, the family is functioning again. We have gone from survival mode to being able to live. I wish I had known about her before delivery. We will be forever grateful! Thanks Kori!

Baby Thrives on Independence
Our baby was one that had to be bounced to sleep (literally bounced on an exercise ball). This happened several times a day for naps and to go to bed. Then, if we didn't pass him off to his bed just right, he would wake up and we had to start the process all over again.
"It was exhausting to say the least."
He woke up 3-4 times in the night and I would usually feed him twice. He was 8 months old and I knew he really didn't need to be eating that much in the night.
"I just didn't know what else to do."
I was really nervous to implement a sleep program because I knew it would get harder before it got better.
"But honestly, our baby was ready for it and we had just been holding him back!"
Kori was very good at listening to our specific needs and making a plan accordingly. With every follow-up call, she would adjust the plan as needed and as we were comfortable. The whole process went a lot smoother that I ever thought! Our baby now goes to sleep on his own every time, and wakes up once or not all during the night. He typically sleeps from 7 PM to 6 or 7 AM.
"It is so nice to have this consistency in our lives."

Family-Wide Sleep Deprivation
Kori was an enormous help and relief for us.
"After months of only sleeping 2-3 hours a night, my wife couldn’t take the physical stress and demand of caring for our baby."
We came to Kori looking for help, and within 3 nights we saw drastic improvements in our daughters sleep habits. It’s been about 4 weeks now and our baby is sleeping 10-11 hours at night straight. With Kori’s help,
"we now have time to ourselves at night again,"
We have good sleep for not only us but for our daughter as well, and everyone is so much happier! Would definitely recommend Kori to anyone with a young one!

Dad can Help
"As a dad, finding a way to help your wife with the baby at night is really hard"
because you don't have the answers and you don't understand what your wife is dealing with. By hiring Kori, we not only had someone with the answers to help my wife but she could also tell me what things I could do to help. Because Kori is a mom, it was really nice for my wife to have someone to talk to who completely related to what she was going through.
"Having a baby that sleeps well is easier on all of us."

Sleep Deprivation Depletion
Hiring Kori as a sleep coach has been the best purchase I’ve made since learning I was pregnant and I feel it was completely worth it!My little one was just shy of 6 months when I called Kori. I had not had a complete night’s sleep since my baby was born. He was
"waking up 4 or 5 times a night"
to breastfeed and I was beyond exhausted, to the point that one day
"I couldn’t even remember how to make a peanut butter & jelly sandwich."
I knew at that point I had to do something. After my husband and I contacted Kori and discussed our concerns, she came up with a sleep plan that we were all comfortable with. My baby is now sleeping through the night, and so am I! I can’t emphasize enough how much better we are all doing! I definitely feel like a better mom because I am running at full capacity for the first time since he got here!
It was an adjustment switching all my breast feedings to the daytime, but Kori was extremely helpful in reassuring me as my body and my baby adjusted to the new breastfeeding schedule.
"my body and his have both adjusted beautifully and I couldn’t be happier with the results!"
